Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders cannot be canceled once work has started. Please create a support ticket or send us an email regarding the most accurate status of your order.
• Absolutely no refunds on custom plate orders.

Shipping policy

• Local – Canada Post/UPS
• Contiguous US – UPS Standard
  • If you need a faster shipping, you can opt in for DHL Express for an extra fee. Delivery is usually within 1-2 days. Just open a support ticket or email us at [email protected]
• International – UPS Worldwide/Canada Post International.
  • The default shipping for international packages is UPS Worldwide Express, which is a flat rate of $25 or $30 depending on the location. These are packed in a well secured corrugated box for shipping.
  • If you opt in for the cheaper Canada Post Tracked International, your package will be shipped in a flat non-bendable mailer stacked with 2 thick cardboard sheets.

Quality Standard

• Standard thickness of 1.5 +- 0.2mm. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every switch due to their varying manufacturing specs. Most if not all switches will clip into the cutout.
• All plates are only compatible with MX style switches unless otherwise stated.
• All plates are only compatible with PCB mounted stabilizers unless stated.
• Plate appearance
  • Minor scuffs and blemishes are inevitable due to the CNC process. Expect some level of minor scratches on the surface. This applies especially to all plate materials but especially on FR4 and Aluminum.
    • Aluminum sheets are pre-anodized then cut, therefore some smudges or minor scratches will show.

Please be aware of these factors before purchasing.

Damaged goods

• Hype Keyboards is not liable for damaged goods incurred while in shipment. However, accidents may occur so it is highly recommended to purchase a Route Protection Insurance with your order. Please do not hesitate to message us directly if you have any concerns.
• Route insured orders can be fixed almost instantly for damaged goods but takes longer for missing packages. If you opt out of Route Insurance, I will assist with the claims process with the courier (which can take weeks).
