• Minimum cut thickness is 1mm. anything smaller will be either removed or increased to 1mm. Smaller cutouts are typically cut with fiber lasers.

    • Sample scenarios:
      • Keycult leaf springs are 0.75 mm
      • Kohaku leaf springs are 0.8 mm

  • Aluminum Plates

    Custom aluminum plates are now available in Black or Red. These are cut in-house!

    The sheets are made of aluminum grade 5052.

    Top side is chamfered to remove sharp edges, back side remains unchamfered.

    Aluminum sheets are limited to 15 inches in width, 6 inches in height., which fits majority of the TKLs in the market.

    The aluminum sheets are pre-anodized, therefore, the inner edge of the cutouts will be raw. This does not show when switches are installed.
