Standard Finished Backplates

• Due to the nature of the raw materials, minor scuffs may be present. The brush finishing and clear coating hide these well, though they're visible upon close inspection. See samples below.
• Lead times are 10 business days (excluding weekends), plus additional days for orders with extra items. Delays may occur.
• Although all backplates are clear coated, clean them only with water and a microfiber towel. This reduces the risk of stripping off the protective coating.
• The backside of the backplate will have noticeable scuffs from the production process.

Flame Patina’d Copper Backplates

• Due to the nature of the raw materials, some minor scuffs can be expected.
• These backplates are NOT coated. Coating significantly reduces the vibrancy of the colors, making them look dull. I've had numerous uncoated flamed copper backplates that have held up remarkably well. Remember, backplates aren't high-touch surfaces, so you don't necessarily benefit from coating them. However, if desired, coating can be applied free of charge upon request.
• Torch patina patterns are unique and cannot always be replicated exactly. While we'll consider specific pattern requests and we can't guarantee their reproduction.
• General request can be accommodated like such as “less busy/more flame/ more smoke etc” Again, these cannot be guaranteed due to the nature and unpredictability of the colors.
